In the late morning, you'll be whisked away to the Mekong Princess Cruise, docked at Saigon Port. Upon boarding with the crew's warm welcome, settle into your suite before gathering in the cruise lounge for a quick safety briefing. 

As the ship departs at midday, enjoy a delicious lunch while cruising along the Saigon River. Watch the bustling cityscape fade into serene waterways as we sail through the countryside before reaching the Mekong River. Sip some cocktails on deck as the sun dips below the horizon before capping off the evening with a traditional Vietnamese A La Carte dinner.

Start your day with a morning sampan ride through mangrove-lined channels. Next, you'll hop aboard a “xe lam” (three-wheeler), a beloved local transport, for a visit to a coconut candy maker. Have a short stroll to an orchard brimming with native fruits for a refreshing fruit tasting. Later, you'll board small local boats for a scenic glide through narrow creeks framed by Nipah palms, then return to the ship for a break.

In the afternoon, set sail to Can Tho, the capital of the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, you'll visit the Zhuang Pagoda (Chua Ong) and have some free walking time around Can Tho before returning for dinner onboard. As night falls, you can join other passengers for an optional lecture on Vietnam’s people, culture, and colonial history.

Rise early and board sampans for a cruise through the Cai Rang floating market. Immerse yourself into a bustling atmosphere as vendors expertly navigate their boats, laden with fresh produce and goods. Weave through the market, snapping photos and savoring fresh fruit and coconut water. Before heading back to the ship, stop at a local noodle factory to witness the art of noodle-making, then enjoy a buffet breakfast onboard.

After completing port formalities, it’s time to say goodbye to the cruise. Our driver will take you back to Ho Chi Minh City and the rest of the day will be all yours.
